  42. software will be mailed.  Printed manuals are included with all but
  43. Sampler Disk orders. With an Update Subscription you will be sent major
  44. updates as they are available (every 1-4 months) and billed $4 plus
  45. shipping.  Send cash, check, or money order for U.S. funds; Canadian
  46. cheques & foreign cash are also acceptable.
